IMPORTANT: Please read our 'Terms & Conditions' before making a booking. The information we require when you decide to make a booking is included in this booking form . You will need to complete a booking form for each dog that will be staying with us. Please call or complete the form below to confirm vacancies are available for the dates of your dog's stay before you complete the booking form. You can also use the form below if you have any questions. We will answer any questions and/or confirm availability as soon as possible. |

| Terms and Conditions |

Deposit : A deposit of £28 or the full payment for stays of less than 3 days is required to secure all bookings. The deposit must be received within 5 days of making the reservation or you risk losing the reservation without confirmation to you. Deposits are to be mailed to our address. On receipt of your deposit we will mail to you a notice of confirmation which will include a reference number. This number will be required in the event there is need to contact us. All deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made in writing and recieved by us 7-days prior to the first day of stay.

Payment : Accounts must be settled on the day of departure. We only accept cash or cheque when accompanied by a valid guarantee card. Rates from 1st February 2015 are currently a minimum of £15 per day starting from the day of arrival and including the day of departure. All cheques are to be made payable to 'Linnbank Boarding Kennels'.

| Cancellations : All cancellations must be made in writing. It is understood that any deposit paid is non-refundable . |

IMPORTANT: Linnbank Boarding Kennels reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that fails to have all the required vaccinations and an up-to-date vaccination certificate. We also have the right of refusal in the event we feel the dog is of any condition that would affect the health or safety of our other guests. All refusals will result in your reservation being cancelled and any deposit paid will not be refunded.
